ACL Prevention
Our ACL program is dedicated to educating athletes on effective strategies for preventing ACL injuries. We emphasize the importance of exercises that specifically target muscle strength and stability in critical areas. As part of our commitment to athlete safety, ACL preventative exercises are a mandatory component of our training curriculum.

How it works
Frequency
Speed training takes place twice a week, either 55 minutes before practice or right after, based on the team's schedule. Private sessions are available on non-practice days.
Location
All speed training will be held on indoor and outdoor tracks. We will be utilizing Northwest ISD and Keller ISD.
Cost
All Premier players will receive this as part of their package. If you are not a Premier player and are interested in speed training as an add-on, please consult your coach or email Miss Jessica here.
